- ½ cup grilled chicken strips
- ¼ cup hummus
- 5–6 cherry tomatoes
- 5–6 cucumber slices
- ½ small whole wheat pita, sliced
- ¼ cup grapes or 2 dates
Instructions
- Grill chicken strips in olive oil and seasoning (optional). Let cool.
- Slice cucumber and tomatoes.
- Cut pita into triangles.
- Arrange all items in a 4-compartment container with hummus in a small dip cup.
- Refrigerate and eat within 3 days.
