- 2 veggie spring rolls (rice paper, avocado, cabbage, carrot)
- ΒΌ cup steamed edamame pods
- ΒΌ cup mango cubes
- 2β3 roasted seaweed snack sheets
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (alcohol-free)
Instructions
- Prepare or buy veggie spring rolls; keep chilled.
- Steam and salt edamame pods.
- Cut mango into cubes.
- Arrange all items into a 4-compartment box. Add soy sauce in a dip container.
- Store in fridge up to 3 days.
