4 fresh salmon fillets
1 bunch fresh asparagus (trimmed)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 lemon (thinly sliced)
Fresh dill or parsley (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional:
1 tablespoon honey
Red pepper flakes
Grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
- Cut 4 large foil sheets.
- Place asparagus on each foil sheet and top with salmon.
- Drizzle olive oil, add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon slices.
- Fold foil into sealed packets.
- Bake for 15β18 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Open foil, garnish with herbs, and serve.
