Instructions
Prepare Dough: Mash the banana and mix with butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon) and mix until combined. Fold in add-ins if using.
Shape Cookies: Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake: At 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool & Serve: Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
