Ingredients
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 ripe peach, pitted and chopped (fresh or frozen)
¼ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
1–2 tbsp honey (or maple/date syrup for vegan)
1 cup ice cubes
Optional: ¼ cup almond/oat milk, 1 tbsp nut butter, 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds, ½ tsp cinnamon or vanilla
Instructions
Add frozen banana, chopped peach, yogurt, and sweetener to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add ice and blend again until creamy.
Adjust texture with plant-based milk if needed.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
