For the Beef:

- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sauce:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise (or vegan mayo)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp chopped pickles or relish
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Optional: splash of lemon juice or vinegar
For the Wrap Assembly:
- 4 large flour or low-carb tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup diced onions
- ½ cup chopped dill pickles
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or dairy-free option)
Instructions
- Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat with seasoning until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth. Chill for flavor to develop.
- Warm tortillas slightly and lay flat. Spread sauce, then layer beef, lettuce, pickles, onions, and cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and slice in half. Optionally, grill seam-side down for 1–2 minutes for extra crunch.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for meal prep.
