  • 4 large flour or low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • ½ cup chopped dill pickles
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or dairy-free option)

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat with seasoning until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth. Chill for flavor to develop.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly and lay flat. Spread sauce, then layer beef, lettuce, pickles, onions, and cheese.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice in half. Optionally, grill seam-side down for 1–2 minutes for extra crunch.
  5. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for meal prep.
