- 8 oz (225g) cooked spaghetti (al dente)
- 1 1/2 cups Bolognese sauce (thick, meat-based sauce)
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Olive oil (for greasing muffin tin)
- Fresh basil or parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti until just al dente. Drain and toss lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, Bolognese sauce, beaten eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with olive oil.
- Twirl forkfuls of the spaghetti mixture into each cup, pressing lightly to shape.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
- Cool slightly, then remove gently from the tin. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired
