  • 1 1/2 cups Bolognese sauce (thick, meat-based sauce)
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Olive oil (for greasing muffin tin)
  • Fresh basil or parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti until just al dente. Drain and toss lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, Bolognese sauce, beaten eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  3. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Twirl forkfuls of the spaghetti mixture into each cup, pressing lightly to shape.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
  7. Cool slightly, then remove gently from the tin. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired
