- 12 Hawaiian rolls or mini brioche slider buns
- 6–8 large eggs, scrambled
- 6 slices cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 6 cooked chicken or beef sausage patties (or turkey slices)
- sautéed spinach, peppers, caramelized onions
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice rolls horizontally as one piece; place bottom half in baking dish.
- Layer with scrambled eggs, sausage or turkey, and cheese.
- Add top half of rolls.
- Mix glaze and brush on top.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Uncover and bake another 5–7 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.
