Breakfast Sliders

These Breakfast Sliders are warm, cheesy, and satisfyingly customizable mini sandwiches layered with scrambled eggs, sausage or turkey, and melted cheese inside soft Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for brunch, meal prep, or weekend gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls or mini brioche slider buns
  • 68 large eggs, scrambled
  • 6 slices cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 6 cooked chicken or beef sausage patties (or turkey slices)
  • sautéed spinach, peppers, caramelized onions
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice rolls horizontally as one piece; place bottom half in baking dish.
  3. Layer with scrambled eggs, sausage or turkey, and cheese.
  4. Add top half of rolls.
  5. Mix glaze and brush on top.
  6. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake another 5–7 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
