Ingredients
2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
½ cup Buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
4 small tostada shells (or substitute with crushed tortilla chips)
½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
In a bowl, toss the chicken with Buffalo sauce until fully coated.
Lay a large tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a spoonful of ranch or blue cheese dressing in the center.
Add a layer of chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and a tostada shell (or crushed chips) for crunch.
Fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling, creating a wrap.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking oil and place the wrap seam-side down.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Serve warm with extra dressing or dipping sauce.
