Bundt Pan Nachos

These Bundt Pan Nachos are a fun, cheesy, and visually impressive twist on classic nachos. Perfect for parties or family dinners, they layer beef, cheese, and chips in a Bundt pan and bake to crispy, melty perfection.

Ingredients

  • ½ pound lean ground beef
  • ½ cup diced yellow onion
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 8 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 12 oz bag of tortilla chips (use about of the bag)
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Cook beef, onion, salt, and pepper in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in water and taco seasoning; simmer until thickened.
  4. Layer half the cheese in the Bundt pan, followed by half the beef and one-third of the chips.
  5. Repeat layering with remaining cheese, beef, and another one-third of the chips.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Invert onto a serving plate and top with optional garnishes.
