Ingredients

  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced red onion
  • Pickles
  • Cheese slices (regular or vegan)
  • Avocado slices

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat lettuce leaves dry. Set aside.
  2. Season and cook the protein of your choice in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Lay out 1–2 lettuce leaves per wrap for structural support.
  4. Place cooked protein in the center, followed by toppings: cheese, tomato, onion, avocado, pickles.
  5. Drizzle with condiments.
  6. Fold lettuce around the filling and roll tightly or secure with parchment/toothpicks.
