- 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chili flakes, chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Reduce heat, add remaining butter and lemon juice. Stir to coat.
- Garnish and serve immediately with your choice of sides.
