  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk or heavy cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Make Crust: Mix graham crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Press into pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 min.
  2. Cinnamon Swirl: Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and melted butter. Set aside.
  3. Cheesecake Batter: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, eggs (one at a time), and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Assemble: Pour ⅓ cheesecake batter over crust, drizzle cinnamon swirl, gently swirl with knife. Repeat layers.
  5. Bake: Bake in water bath at 325°F (160°C) for 60–70 min. Cool, then chill 6+ hours.
  6. Top: Whisk icing ingredients and drizzle over chilled cheesecake.
