- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Make Crust: Mix graham crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Press into pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 min.
- Cinnamon Swirl: Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and melted butter. Set aside.
- Cheesecake Batter: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, eggs (one at a time), and sour cream until smooth.
- Assemble: Pour ⅓ cheesecake batter over crust, drizzle cinnamon swirl, gently swirl with knife. Repeat layers.
- Bake: Bake in water bath at 325°F (160°C) for 60–70 min. Cool, then chill 6+ hours.
- Top: Whisk icing ingredients and drizzle over chilled cheesecake.
