Instructions
- Cut cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces (about 4–6 per roll).
- Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl to make the coating mixture.
- Dip each piece into the mixture until coated.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Cook the bites in batches, turning frequently until golden brown (about 5–6 minutes).
- Prepare the glaze by whisking all glaze ingredients until smooth.
- Serve warm with glaze drizzle, syrup, or fresh fruit.
