- 1 cup hibiscus tea, cooled
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp vanilla collagen powder (use plant-based alternative if needed)
- ¼ cup dragonfruit coconut cream (blend of dragonfruit puree + coconut cream)
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- ½ cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Brew hibiscus tea and let it cool completely.
- In a blender, combine hibiscus tea, mango, pineapple, vanilla collagen, dragonfruit coconut cream, maple syrup (if using), and ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh fruit or mint if desired.
