2 tbsp nut butter (peanut or almond)

1 tbsp cocoa powder

½ tsp cinnamon or nutmeg

Instructions

Blend cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and any optional fruits/flavors until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.

Freeze for 3–4 hours, stirring every hour for better texture.

Let soften at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
