- ¼ tsp salt (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp milk or almond milk (optional, for blending)
- Toppings: fresh berries, banana slices, dark chocolate chips, crushed nuts, or granola (optional)
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth and mousse-like.
- If too thick, add 1–2 tbsp milk and blend again.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes for best texture.
- Serve in jars or bowls with toppings of choice.
