- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large egg yolks
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- Powdered sugar
- Whipped cream
- Lemon zest or mint leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into an 8×8” pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon juice, and zest.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 15–18 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Slice into squares and garnish with powdered sugar or toppings.
