Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into an 8Γ—8” pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon juice, and zest.
  5. Pour filling over crust and bake for 15–18 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
