- 1–2 lbs baby bok choy
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil or vegetable oil
- 4–6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Sesame seeds, chili flakes (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Wash and dry bok choy thoroughly. Halve or chop if large.
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
- Add bok choy and stir-fry 2–3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sugar. Toss to coat.
- Cook 1–2 more minutes until tender-crisp.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or chili flakes if desired.
