- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated or sliced)
- Juice of Β½ fresh lemon
- 1β2 cups warm or room-temperature water
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey, pinch of turmeric, cinnamon stick, mint leaves
Instructions
- Add sliced or grated ginger to warm water and let steep for 5β10 minutes.
- Stir in fresh lemon juice.
- Add honey or other optional ingredients if desired.
- Strain if needed, and serve warm or over ice.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
