2 scoops vanilla protein powder
ΒΌ cup honey (or a sugar-free sweetener for keto)

Instructions
Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, honey, vanilla, almond extract, and salt until smooth.
Add Pistachios: Add pistachios and pulse until finely chopped, leaving some chunks for texture.
Chill Mixture: Pour into a container and chill for at least 2 hours.
Churn Ice Cream: If using an ice cream maker, churn according to manufacturer instructions. For a no-churn method, freeze and stir every 30 minutes for 3 hours.
