Dressing Ingredients:

½ cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Dice the Honeycrisp apples and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
