Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Ingredients:
- Dice the Honeycrisp apples and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and finely chop the red onion.
2️⃣ Make the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
3️⃣ Assemble the Salad:
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, apples, red onion, dried cranberries, nuts, and cheese.
4️⃣ Mix & Serve:
