- 6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
- 2–3 tbsp pickled or fresh jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: paprika, fresh jalapeño slices, chopped chives, turkey bacon bits
Instructions
- Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
- Mash yolks with cream cheese, mayo, mustard, cheddar, and jalapeños.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Pipe or spoon the filling back into the egg white halves.
- Garnish with jalapeño slices, smoked paprika, or turkey bacon if desired.
- Chill until ready to serve.
