Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 23 tbsp pickled or fresh jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: paprika, fresh jalapeño slices, chopped chives, turkey bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
  2. Mash yolks with cream cheese, mayo, mustard, cheddar, and jalapeños.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  4. Pipe or spoon the filling back into the egg white halves.
  5. Garnish with jalapeño slices, smoked paprika, or turkey bacon if desired.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
