Ingredients
1 handful fresh kale leaves (stems removed)
1 medium cucumber (peeled if waxed)
2 celery stalks
1 green apple (cored)
1-inch piece fresh ginger (peeled)
1/2 lemon (peeled or juiced)
1/2 cup water (only if using a blender)
Instructions
Juicer Method:
Wash and prep all ingredients.
Juice one at a time in a slow juicer.
Stir and serve over ice.
Blender Method:
Chop all ingredients and blend with water.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag.
Serve immediately or refrigerate.
