1–2 ripe avocados, diced

1–2 tomatoes, diced

Salt and pepper to taste

Hearts of palm or chickpeas (vegan version)

Instructions

  1. Cook and cool shrimp if using raw.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine tomato juice, ketchup, and lime juice.
