Ingredients
1 can (12 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup milk (regular or plant-based)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar or natural sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 to 1Β½ cups ice
Optional: Greek yogurt, banana, protein powder, chia seeds
Instructions
Add orange juice, milk, water, sugar, vanilla, and ice to a blender.
Blend on high speed for 1β2 minutes until frothy and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or add-ins as needed.
Serve immediately in chilled glasses, or freeze leftovers in popsicle molds.
