  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken evenly and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dredge in flour and coat with grated Parmesan.
  3. Pan-fry in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, add broth and cream.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and simmer until thickened.
  6. Return chicken to pan and spoon sauce over. Garnish with parsley.
