- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pound chicken evenly and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge in flour and coat with grated Parmesan.
- Pan-fry in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, add broth and cream.
- Stir in Parmesan and simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to pan and spoon sauce over. Garnish with parsley.
