  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 cup sliced onions

  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone or cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper

Garlic Butter:

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • Pinch of salt

Optional:

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
  2. SautΓ© onions and bell peppers in olive oil. Add the beef and cook until just done. Season with salt and pepper.
