Ingredients
Dough:

500g pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
Filling:

300g thinly sliced beef (ribeye, sirloin, or chicken/turkey alternative)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup sliced onions

1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
1/2 cup shredded provolone or cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper
Garlic Butter:

3 tablespoons melted butter
-
1 garlic clove, minced
-
1 teaspoon dried parsley

Pinch of salt
Optional:

Ranch, cheese sauce, or marinara for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
- SautΓ© onions and bell peppers in olive oil. Add the beef and cook until just done. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the dough into a large rectangle and cut into strips.
- Stuff each strip with the cooked filling and cheese, then fold and seal the edges.
- Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with dried parsley.
- Bake for 12β15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
