Instructions
- Prep: Soak pistachios for 4–6 hours if possible for extra creaminess.
- Blend: In a blender, combine pistachios, frozen banana, yogurt, almond milk, vanilla, and honey/maple syrup (if using).
- Adjust: Blend on high until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Serve: Pour into a glass, garnish with chopped pistachios, and enjoy immediately!
