  • 1.5 pounds large shrimp, deveined (shell on or off)
  • 46 small red potatoes, quartered
  • 4 ears corn on the cob, halved
  • 12 oz halal-certified smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • Water or seafood broth for boiling
  • Optional: melted butter for dipping

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water or broth. Add Old Bay seasoning, garlic, bay leaves, paprika, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes; cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add corn and sausage; cook for another 5–7 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  5. Drain and transfer to a large platter. Serve with lemon wedges and optional melted butter.
