- 1.5 pounds large shrimp, deveined (shell on or off)
- 4–6 small red potatoes, quartered
- 4 ears corn on the cob, halved
- 12 oz halal-certified smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- Water or seafood broth for boiling
- Optional: melted butter for dipping
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water or broth. Add Old Bay seasoning, garlic, bay leaves, paprika, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Add potatoes; cook for 10 minutes.
- Add corn and sausage; cook for another 5–7 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Drain and transfer to a large platter. Serve with lemon wedges and optional melted butter.
