Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups large marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
  3. Heat heavy cream until just simmering. Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth. Add vanilla.
  4. Pour ganache into crust and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  5. Top with marshmallows and toast with a kitchen torch or under the broiler until golden.
  6. Serve slightly warm or chilled.
