- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups large marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
- Heat heavy cream until just simmering. Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth. Add vanilla.
- Pour ganache into crust and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
- Top with marshmallows and toast with a kitchen torch or under the broiler until golden.
- Serve slightly warm or chilled.
