- 4–6 tea bags or 4 tablespoons loose-leaf tea (black, green, white, or herbal)
- 2–4 tablespoons honey, agave, or stevia (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Sliced lemon, orange, peach, or berries (optional)
- Fresh mint, basil, or lavender (optional)
Instructions
- Hot Brew: Steep tea in hot water for 3–5 minutes, let cool.
- Cold Brew: Steep in cold water in the fridge for 6–12 hours.
- Sun Tea: Steep tea in a glass jar under sunlight for 2–3 hours.
- Remove tea bags or strain loose leaves.
- Stir in sweetener if using.
- Add fresh fruit slices or herbs for flavor.
- Pour over ice and enjoy immediately or refrigerate until serving.
