Ingredients

  • 46 tea bags or 4 tablespoons loose-leaf tea (black, green, white, or herbal)
  • 24 tablespoons honey, agave, or stevia (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Sliced lemon, orange, peach, or berries (optional)
  • Fresh mint, basil, or lavender (optional)

Instructions

  1. Hot Brew: Steep tea in hot water for 3–5 minutes, let cool.
  2. Cold Brew: Steep in cold water in the fridge for 6–12 hours.
  3. Sun Tea: Steep tea in a glass jar under sunlight for 2–3 hours.
  4. Remove tea bags or strain loose leaves.
  5. Stir in sweetener if using.
  6. Add fresh fruit slices or herbs for flavor.
  7. Pour over ice and enjoy immediately or refrigerate until serving.
