Ingredients

10 oz halal white chocolate (real cocoa butter)

1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for melting)

Instructions

Beat cream cheese until smooth.

Mix in sugar and vanilla until creamy.

Fold in raspberries and crushed cookies.

Chill mixture for 1–2 hours until firm.

Roll into balls and freeze for 30 minutes.

Melt white chocolate with coconut oil.

Dip balls into chocolate and place on parchment.

Add toppings while wet and chill until set.
